Summary:PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a light emitting module are provided to reduce the thickness of the light emitting device package by not arranging a substrate on the lower sides of a first electrode and a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(12) is electrically separated from a second electrode(14). A light emitting device(18) is arranged on one of the first and second electrodes. A lens unit(20) is located on the first and second electrodes and the light emitting device. The lower side of the lens unit and the lower sides of the first and second electrodes are exposed to the outside. The lens unit includes a support part(21) including a horizontal side and a lens part(23).
