Summary:PURPOSE: A paper counting machine is provided to count papers at high speed while maintaining a lamination state of the papers regardless of sizes by counting the papers based on a rotary disk. CONSTITUTION: A worktable(100) includes a vacuum pump(110). A counting unit(200) includes a servo motor(210) moving in a vertical direction, counting grooves separated from a border of the motor, and a rotary disk(220). The counting unit generates suction force to the counting grooves with vacuum pressure generated from the vacuum pump and senses a pulse generated by the vacuum pressure in order to count papers. A reducer is included between the servo motor and the rotary disk and increases the torque of the disk.
