Summary: | PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device is provided to prevent a thermal fusing part of an inlet sealing member from being contaminated due to a leakage electrolyte by arranging a laser irradiating unit to thermally fuse the inlet sealing member to be separated from an electrolyte inlet. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate(110) and a second substrate(120) faces each other. An electrolyte(150) is filled between the first substrate and the second substrate. A sealing member(130) hermetically seals the electrolyte to prevent the electrolyte from being leaked to the outside. An electrolyte inlet is sealed by an inlet sealing member(170). The inlet sealing member includes a cover member(171) to block the electrolyte inlet and an outer layer sealing member(173) which is arranged on the outermost part. |
