Summary:PURPOSE: A battery system, a control method of a battery system, and a power storage system including the same are provided to increase measurement accuracy of battery voltage, battery charge and discharge current and calculation accuracy of SOC(State of Charge) and SOH(State of Health). CONSTITUTION: A first communication unit(121-1) of a first tray BMS(120-1) receives a synchronization signal(Ss) from a rack BMS(200). A first switching unit(122-1) is turned on when the synchronization signal is received from the first communication unit. If the first switching unit is turned on, the synchronization signal is transmitted to a first MCU(123-1) and a second switching unit(122-2) of a second tray MBS(120-2) is switching turned on. If the second switching unit, the synchronization signal is transmitted to a second MCU(123-2) and a third switching unit of a third tray BMS is switching turned on. The first MCU to the n-th MCU(123-n) receiving the synchronization signal transmitted by the rack BMS controls a first AFE(124-1) to n-th AFE(124-n) and measures monitoring data(Dm) about voltage, current, temperature, a remaining amount of power, lifetime, a state of charge. The first AFE to the n-th AFE covert the measure data into digital data when the monitoring data measurement is completed. If transmission of first monitoring data(Dm1) is completed, the second MCU of the second tray BMS transmits second monitoring data(Dm2) to the rack BMS through the first communication unit.
