Summary: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of diet sweet potato porridge is provided to manufacture diet sweet potato porridge capable of showing the pharmacological activity effect of wild grass. CONSTITUTION: Sweet potatoes are washed(S100). The washed sweet potato is cut and dried(S200). Additional materials and 40-50 weight% of processed sweet potato are soaked in wild grass water(S300). The soaked materials and the wild grass water are mixed at a ratio of 1:3 and boiled(S400). When the first boiling is completed, pulverized materials pulverized after grains are soaked are added(S500). The mixture is second boiled so that the materials in the first boiling step and added pulverized materials are mixed(S600). The additional materials include 10-20 weight% of beans, 10-20 weight% of red beans, 10-20 weight% of rice, and 10-20 weight% of others. Mistletoe, wild bamboo leaves, mulberry leaves, safflower etc. are washed and boiled to manufacture the wild grass water.
