Summary:PURPOSE: Mascara is provided to block air inflow into a container body and to improve applicability. CONSTITUTION: Mascara comprises: a container body(110) with an opening upper portion; an inner cap which is detachably coupled at the opening portion of the container body; an application device with a rotary elevating protrusion at the upper portion; an outer cap(150) which is detached from the container body together with the inner cap; a retractable button(160) with a rotary elevation guide groove which guides rotary elevation of the rotary elevating protrusion; and an elastic member(170) which vertically moves the retractable button. A fixing member is formed between the inner cap and the support girth of the application device for fixing the inner cap.
