Summary: | PURPOSE: A preparing method for a bulk metallic glass tube by a vacuum centrifugal casting is provided to manufacture a bulk metallic glass tube with an excellent surface roughness by reducing a parasitic phenomenon of a molten metal through control of a crucible driving and a graphite mold. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method for a bulk metallic glass tube by a vacuum centrifugal casting comprises the following steps: A mold is heated at 170 deg. C to 230 deg. C under a vacuum atmosphere and the mold rotates at a predetermined RPM(Revolution Per Minute) in order to apply a centrifugal force at 70G to 100G; The tube is centrifugal casted within the mold by injecting a molten metal of dissolved bulk metallic glasses as a basic material into the mold; A heater heats up the mold in a state of connecting the heater which is embedded within the mold to a power supply unit; The heater which is embedded within the mold is separated from the power supply unit before the mold rotates. |
