Summary:PURPOSE: A monitoring system is provided to monitor growth environment in a greenhouse enduringly by operating a sensor node through a solar panel capable of converting solar energy into electric power. CONSTITUTION: A solar panel is arranged in the upper part of an external side window of a greenhouse, a sensor node(102) is arranged in the outside of planted plants. The sensor node operates by the solar panel. An MPPT and the sensor node utilize a converter for needed operating voltage and fixed voltage. An MCU of the sensor node provides a fixed voltage capable of charging a battery and the sensor node by finding a maximum power point through MPPT algorism and passing through DC-CD converter. The MCU of the sensor node reads values of a temperature/humidity sensor, the sensor node measures growth environment by transmitting the values to a greenhouse administrator's computer and a terminal(101) through a transceiver. After receiving the values, a standard value is determined to control the greenhouse, shows up a warning message, and the administrator controls the greenhouse according to the message.
