CONSTITUTION: A barrier film includes a polyester-nanocomposite substrate(110), an adhesive(120), and a thin film glass(130). The substrate includes polyester resin and bedded clay. The adhesive is spread on the substrate. The glass is formed on the substrate on which the adhesive is spread. The resin is PEN(PolyEthylene Napthalate) resin.
