Summary: | PURPOSE: A single phase silicon acrylate mold is provided to minimize phase separation by including a silicon functional group, an acrylate functional group, and a silicon acrylate hybrid compatibilizing agent. CONSTITUTION: A single phase silicon acrylate mold is a silicon acrylate hybrid compatibilizer which includes at least one of silicon, acrylate, and a combination thereof, a silicon functional group, and an (meth)acrylate functional group. The single phase silicon acrylate mod comprises a silicon-containing pressure-sensitive composition and the silicon acrylate hybrid compatibilizer which is a reaction product of a (meth)acrylate monomer. The acrylate is randomly a combination of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and methacrylate. A silicon resin and a silicon resin are reacted and form a pressure-sensitive adhesive. The silicon-containing capping agent is introduced before, during, or after the reaction of the silicon resin and the silicon polymer. The single phase silicon acrylate mold is resistant against phase separation. |
