Summary:PURPOSE: A printing control terminal device, a printing control method, an image forming device, and an image forming method are provided to determine necessity of accumulated printing and to perform a printing task corresponding to a determination result, thereby satisfying a reference lifespan of an OPC(Organic Photo Conductor). CONSTITUTION: A UI(User Interface) unit(110) receives a task command for executing a printing job. A determination unit(150) determines necessity of accumulated printing based on the number of accumulated rotation of an OPC in comparison to the number of accumulated output printing pages of an image forming device. When the accumulated printing is necessary, a storage unit(120) stores printing data of the printing job. When the number of printing pages is over a threshold page value, a communication interface unit(130) transmits the whole printing data to the image forming device. The determination unit calculates the number of accumulated rotation of the OPC in comparison to the number of accumulated output printing pages. The determination unit compares the number of accumulated rotation with the threshold page value.
