PURPOSE: A terminal and a communication method thereof are provided to offer a wireless communication service even if a base station has damage. CONSTITUTION: A processor(132) of a terminal is connected to an RF(Radio Frequency) module(136). When the terminal applies electronic wave interference to a lower terminal, the processor controls the maximum transmission power of an uplink relay area and a maximum transmission power of a downlink access area. The size of the maximum transmission power in the downlink access area is smaller than the size of the maximum transmission power in the uplink relay area.
