Summary:PURPOSE: Olefin hydroformylation reaction apparatus and method are provided to control N/I(Normal-to-Iso) selectivity, which is enabled by being relatively free from catalyst deactivation and thereby being capable of freely controlling CO(Carbon monoxide) partial pressure, and to eliminate the need of a complicated high-temperature catalyst separation process by being capable of relatively easily separating a product and a catalyst with a filter. CONSTITUTION: An olefin hydroformylation reaction method includes the following steps: a step of inserting a hetero-catalyst mixture solution into a loop-type reactor equipped with a venturi; a step of spraying olefin and synthetic gas(CO/H2) in the hetero-catalyst mixture solution inserted into the reactor by using a spray unit mounted at the top of the reactor, yet controlling CO partial pressure within the range of 0.5-20 mol%; and a step of implementing reaction while changing the spray flow of the olefin and synthetic gas. The spray unit includes an ejector(20) mounted with a nozzle(20a) where the diameter is within the range of 0.1-1000 mm. A venturi pipe(30) is mounted between the spray unit and a reactor outlet(40), and circulates the flow of the olefin and synthetic gas. The reactor outlet is located at the bottom of the reactor.
