Summary:PURPOSE: A laser welding machine with a shock absorbing device is provided to precisely match a mechanical shaft and an optical shaft by maintaining the integrity of an oscillator, thereby preventing the degradation of welding quality. CONSTITUTION: A laser welding machine(1000) with a shock absorbing device comprises a laser oscillator(100), an air tube(300), an atmospheric pressure adjusting part, an air valve, a barometer, a level detecting part, and a control part. The air tube ascends or descends the laser oscillator according to the access of air. The atmospheric pressure adjusting part is connected to the air tube to access the air. The control part receives data on the level of the laser oscillator and the atmospheric pressure data of the air tube to determine whether or not the air valve, the air tube, and the barometer are normally operated.
