Summary:PURPOSE: A scale collecting device and a heating device with the same are provided to efficiently collect scales accumulated inside a heating furnace without manpower. CONSTITUTION: A scale collecting device(120) comprises a discharge door(121), a driving unit(122), and a collecting container(123). The discharge door is installed to open and close an outlet formed on the bottom of a heating furnace and is opened and closed to discharge scales, which are accumulated on the top of the outlet, to the outside of the heating furnace. The driving unit provides a driving force for opening and closing the outlet to the discharge door. The collecting container is arranged under the discharge door to collect the scales discharged from the heating furnace.
