CONSTITUTION: A first pixel(13a) includes a first photo diode and a first micro lens. The first micro lens is formed on the first photo diode(11a). A second pixel(13b) includes a second photo diode(11b) and a second micro lens. The second micro lens(12b) is smaller than the first micro lens. An output circuit(17) outputs a differential signal which is a difference between a first and a second detection signal.
