Summary:PURPOSE: An intelligent type purchase information providing system and method are provided to utilize a plurality of parameters for a parameter which determines a purchase condition, thereby enabling a seller of a specific item to establish various sales strategies corresponding to an item property or a user property. CONSTITUTION: A control module(110) sets up purchase condition information of an item and information for the item which is purchased by a specific user and transmits the same to a specific user terminal(200). The control module considers two or more parameters among parameters of a waiting period, a user property, the number of purchase people, a use period, etc. A user module(120) classifies a user into predetermined classes. A manager outputs change information of purchase condition information to the control module through a manager terminal(300).
