CONSTITUTION: A compound, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or precursor drug thereof is denoted by chemical formula I. In chemical formula I, ring A is benzene, naphthalene, or indole; ring B is thiazole; X is methyl or cyclopropyl; Y is H or C1-4 alkoxy or forms 3-7-membered heterocyclic alkyl or 3-7-membered heteroaryl by being fused with a substituent of ring A; and Z is methylene or cyclopropane.
