Summary:PURPOSE: An object search method on a network and a system thereof are provided to efficiently display a searched object list on a screen by searching for an object on the network. CONSTITUTION: An object search unit(1100) searches one or more devices for an object corresponding to an object in a first device. The object search unit receives terminal information from a device including the corresponding object. A search result display unit(1300) generates a list of the device including the corresponding object based on the received terminal information. The search result display unit displays the generated list on a screen. The object search unit receives location information from the device including the corresponding object.
