PURPOSE: An adhesive material patch and an adhesive formulation is provided to prevent the components of the adhesive material patch and adhesive formulation from flowing or protruding out of the end part of the adhesive material patch and adhesive formulation. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive material patch comprises a support(1), at least one adhesive layer(2) on the surface of the support and a delaminating layer(3) on the surface of the adhesive layer mutually faced with the support. The adhesive material patch has the side end part of the adhesive layer exposed, and a side end part of the adhesive layer of at least one side end part is placed from the side end of the support to the center part of the adhesive material patch. The distance from the side end part of the adhesive patch to the end part of the support and the lower end part of the delamination liner is more than the thickness of the center of the adhesive patch material.
