PURPOSE: A communication method for aggregation of heterogeneous component carrier waves is provided to offer wider bandwidth or higher data rate by integrating heterogeneous communication technologies. CONSTITUTION: User 1 has only one RCC(123) in a physical layer, a MAC layer(122) exists on the RCC, a network layer(121) exists on the MAC layer. Communication between a base station and the user 1 is capable of being performed through RCC and RCC. On the other hand, a user 2 has one RCC(133) and one OCC(134) in a physical layer and a MAC layer layer exists on RCC and OCC and the MAC layer aggregates the RCC and the OCC. A network layer(131) exists on the MAC layer. Communication between a base station and the user 2 is capable of being performed through the RCC and the RCC and/or the OCC and the OCC. Likewise, a user 3 has one RCC and one ACC in a physical layer and a MAC layer layer exists on RCC and ACC and the MAC layer aggregates the RCC and the ACC. A network layer exists on the MAC layer. Communication between a base station and the user 3 is capable of being performed through the RCC and the RCC or the ACC and the ACC.
