PURPOSE: An optical film manufacturing device is provided to prevent the separation or the wrinkle of the transferring route. CONSTITUTION: An optical film manufacturing device comprises a rubbing roll(10), a rubbing cloth, and a running stabilizing device(70). A rotary shaft of the rubbing roll is installed in a fixed angle with the transferring direction of a base film, and rotates while being contacted with the surface of the base film. The rubbing cloth is arranged between the base film and the rubbing roll, formed to surround the outer periphery of the rubbing roll, and rotates while being interlocked with the rubbing roll. The rubbing cloth forms a concavo-convex in the outer surface and rubs the surface of the base film. A running stabilizing device controls a tension which is operated in a longitudinal direction of the base film, thereby preventing the wrinkle to the base film or the separation from the rubbing roll transferring route of the base film.
