CONSTITUTION: A method for labeling a biomolecule comprises: a step of dissolving a dye containing a vinyl sulfone group in a first solvent and preparing a dye solution; a step of dissolving the biomolecule in a second solvent and preparing a biomolecule solution; a step of mixing the dye solution and the biomolecule solution and reacting the mixture solution; and a step of collecting solvents from the mixture solution and re-dissolving, filtering and purifying the remains. The first solvent is water or a solvent diluted with water.
