Summary:PURPOSE: A DC/DC converter is provided to provide a stable discharge of charged voltage to an input stage capacitor in the off of a main relay which interrupts output of a high voltage battery using a temperature variable PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) resistor. CONSTITUTION: A main relay(110) interrupts output of a main battery(Vh). An input stage capacitor is connected to both sides of a main battery and charges constant voltage. A switching part(120) boosts or decreases voltage through switching operations. A transformer(130) boosts or decreases voltage induced from the switching part according to a winding ratio of a primary side or a secondary side. A rectifying part(140) rectifies outputted voltage from a secondary side of the transformer.
