Summary:PURPOSE: A method for providing a sleep learning service by using a sleep cycle is provided to efficiently progress learning without disturbance in a sleep of a user by transmitting learning information preset in a lower sleep section of the sleep cycle to a user terminal. CONSTITUTION: Execution information including a time set by a user for sleep learning is inputted by a user terminal(S100). Sleep cycle information for time included in the execution information is inputted by the user terminal and the sleep cycle information is analyzed to determine the sleep condition of the user(S200). If an event state for the sleep learning is determined, preset learning information is transmitted to the user terminal to play learning content(S300).
