Summary:PURPOSE: A moving and loading device and a method thereof are provided to have a miniaturized and simplified loading device by solely moving and loading a palette on a freight support of a moving bogie. CONSTITUTION: A moving and loading device(1) comprises a fixed fork(2), an intermediate fork(3), a leading fork(4), and a latching unit. The fixed fork is fixed on a moving bogie(11). The intermediate fork is slidingly supported on the fixed fork. The leading fork is slidingly supported on the intermediate fork. The latching unit is arranged on the leading fork and is latched on a palette(P) for supporting objects on a pedestal.
