Summary: | PURPOSE: A hybrid power generation system for recovering energy generated by salinity difference between seawater and fresh water is provided to be operated with a simple process as an additional power generation device such as a turbine is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid power generation method for recovering energy generated by salinity difference between seawater and fresh water is to generate osmotic pressure. The osmotic pressure is used for supplying pumped water energy(S20). The ionic mobility between seawater and fresh water is used for producing electricity(S30). As to the process of generating the osmotic pressure, a pressure-retarded osmosis method is used for recovering the salinity difference energy between the seawater and the fresh water. The pressure-retarded osmosis method is to generate the pumped water energy by utilizing the osmotic pressure generated by concentration difference between the fresh water and the seawater.
