Summary: | PURPOSE: An additional structure to prevent stress concentration on the corner of a steel structure for a ship is provided to reduce and omit the size of a crossite installed between the pillars in a large structure by uniformly dispersing unnecessary stress applied to the pillars, vertical girders, or horizontal girders. CONSTITUTION: An additional structure to prevent stress concentration on the corner of a steel structure for a ship comprises a bracket(40). The bracket is a reinforcing member formed between a horizontal girder(10) and a pillar(30). A first additional structure(50a) and a second additional structure(50c) are installed at an arbitrary spot on the horizontal girder. A third additional structure(50b) is installed in the pillar at a position corresponding to the first additional structure. A fourth additional structure(50d) is installed in a vertical girder(20) at a position corresponding to the second additional structure. |
