Summary:PURPOSE: A foreign material removing device for a water pipe is provided to prevent foreign materials from being accumulated in a pipe where sewage is drained by automatically collecting foreign materials to a collecting case. CONSTITUTION: A foreign material removing device for a water pipe comprises a trap body(10), a connection pipe(20), a collecting case(30), and a connection socket(40). The trap body is composed of an inlet pipe and a vertical pipe and is connected to a drain pipe(3) for draining sewage. The connection pipe is connected to the end of the vertical pipe to discharge foreign materials discharged from the vertical pipe to the outside. The top of the collecting case is open to collect the foreign materials discharged from the connection pipe. The connection socket connects the connection pipe and the collecting case to each other.
