Summary:PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing 4-{3-[cis-hexahydrocylopenta [c] pyrrole-2(1h)-yl]propoxy}benzamide hydrochloride is provided to ensure long-term storage without certain condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for industrially synthesizing a compound of chemical formula I comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula II with ammonium to prepare a compound of chemical formula III; a step of reducing the compound of chemical formula III to prepare a bicyclic amine of chemical formula IV; and a step of coupling the bicylic amine with a compound of chemical formula V under a basic condition, a step of performing reductive amination of the bicyclic amine.
