Summary: | PURPOSE: A mold structure for forming a headrest lock switch of a car and the headrest lock switch is provided to prevent the faulty by easily separating a molded article from a lower metal mold. CONSTITUTION: A mold structure for forming a headrest lock switch of a car comprises a lower mold frame(100), an upper mold frame(200), and left and right sliding mold frames. The lower mold frame comprises injection holes(109), an insertion groove, and a molding groove(107). Both upper sides are cut, and a square vertical plane is formed. The insertion groove is formed on the vertical plane. The molding groove is integrally formed with the upper part of the insertion groove. The upper mold frame comprises the injection holes and the molding groove. The injection holes are formed on the lower side. Both lower parts of the lower side are cut, and the square vertical plane is formed. The molding groove is integrally formed at the corner of the lower side. The left and right sliding mold frames slide along both horizontal planes of the upper and lower mold frames. The left and right sliding mold frames manufacture molded articles. |
