PURPOSE: A mold for forming a washer tank of a car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove the undercuts of a molding product. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mold for forming a washer tank of a car comprises following steps. A slide member(210) slides onto a molded article forming portion(201) of a lower mold(200). An upper mold is connected to the lower mold. A slide core(220) is moved downward by the pushing force, and attached to a molded article forming groove when the upper mold is connected to the lower mold. A molded article is formed by injecting a melted resin into the upper and lower molds. Undercuts are removed while the slide core is moved upward and separated from the molded article forming groove when the upper mold is separated from the lower mold. The slide member slides by a hydraulic cylinder(230), and is separated from the molded article forming portion of the lower mold. The molded article with holes is separated from the lower mold by the slide core.
