Summary: | PURPOSE: A PIM method and a system for producing a cemented carbide structure are provided to reduce the deformation or the bending of molded materials through three degreasing steps. CONSTITUTION: A PIM method for producing a cemented carbide structure is as follows. WC(tungsten carbide) powder and Co powder are mixed at a predetermined ratio and molded with a binder. The molded material is input to a degreasing furnace(30) and the binder is separated from the molded material through high temperature. The degreased material is sintered to form a WC-Co cemented carbide structure.
