PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyesterdiol nano-composite is provided to simplify synthesis by shortening synthesis time of polyester diol. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyesterdiol nano-composite comprises the following steps: mixing the organic nano-clay with dicarboxylic acid and diol; and reacting dicarboxylic acid with hydroxy groups adhered with the organic nano-clay. The organic nano-clay is adheres by using salt ion having a functional group which can react with the dicarboxylic acid or diol. 1-15 wt% of the organic nano-clay is added based on the mixture including the diol and dicarboxylic acid.
