The upper revolving body is installed on the lower revolving body. The hydraulic circuit device comprises a hydraulic motor(27) for revolution, a hydraulic pump(41), a tank, and a direction control valve for revolution. The hydraulic motor revolves the upper revolving body. The hydraulic pump supplies hydraulic oil to the hydraulic motor. The motor assists the revolution of the upper revolving body.
