CONSTITUTION: A complex sensor assembly used in a polymeric bio treatment container comprises: a port(104) which contains thermoplastic resin with high surface tension and comprises a hollow part and a base plate part; and a polymer monitoring sensor unit which comprises one or more electric and/or chemical and/or optical measuring element(s) and collects measuring signal outputted by measuring elements. The polymer monitoring sensor unit has a girth extended on the base part.
