CONSTITUTION: Two or more sound source receiving units(110) receive a sound source. A correlation estimating unit(120) estimates correlation of diffuse noises included in sound sources received from two or more sound source receiving units. A spectral density estimating unit(130) estimates spectral density of the diffuse noises using the estimated correlation. The spectral density estimating unit is composed of a processor estimating the spectral density having compensated low frequency band.
