Summary:PURPOSE: Double corrugated steel pipes and a manufacturing device for the same are provided to stably position an upper plate on a lower plate. CONSTITUTION: Both edges of double corrugated steel pipes(100) are connected each other. The double corrugated steel pipes comprise upper and lower plates(120,130). The lower plate comprises a plurality of corrugated parts. Both edges of the upper plate are respectively connected to the both edges of the lower plate. The upper plate comprises one or more anti-movement units(131) which encloses a part of the corrugated parts. One edge of the upper plate is partially overlapped in between bent parts of one edge of the lower plate.
