CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner comprises a handle rod(10), a head(12), and a connecting body(14). The handle rod comprises a mode switch and a power switch. The head swings while a plate is rotated by the driving force of an electric motor. The air is sucked through a suction port corresponding to vacuum and dual modes. The connecting rod is connected to a lower part of the handle rod, and rotatably connected to the head and a link part.
