Summary:PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to stably adhere to an upper arm unit and a lower arm unit by arranging a lower arm unit in the lighting device and to increase a heat radiation function through inflow of fluid or air. CONSTITUTION: A cover unit is arranged on the top of a heat radiating member(2000). An optical source module(1000) is arranged in one side of the heat radiating member. A side frame(3000) supports the heat radiating member. One side of a side frame is fixed and coupled with an arm unit(5000). The other side of the side frame is fixed and coupled with a cap(7000). A power control unit is arranged inside the arm unit. A duct is arranged between the heat radiating member and the side frame. The cover unit has a body of a plate shape.
