Summary:PURPOSE: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition and a compound based on the same are provided to improve the quality of a color filter and to improve the anti-solvent characteristic of films and patterns. CONSTITUTION: A colored photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, a resin, a photo-polymerizable compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring agent includes a compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1-R18 are respectively hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, C1-C8 aliphatic hydrocarbon groups, nitro groups, or -SO_2R29; R19 and R20 are respectively hydrogen atoms, methyl groups, ethyl groups, or amino groups; M1 is Cr or Co; R21 to R24 are respectively C1-C8 monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon groups or C6-C10 monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon groups; R25 and R26 are respectively hydrogen atoms or methyl groups; R28 is an ethylene groups, a propane-1,3-diyl group, or a propane-1,2-diyl groups; and n is the integer of 0 to 3.
