Summary:PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing thereof are provided to reduce contact resistance between a front surface electrode and an emitter by forming the front surface electrode with a screen printing method. CONSTITUTION: A crystalline semiconductor substrate(110) is formed. An emitter (120) forms the PN junction with the crystalline semiconductor substrate. An anti-reflection part(130) is located on the emitter. A front surface electrode(140) is located on the front surface of the crystalline semiconductor substrate. A back surface electrode(150) is located on the back surface of the crystalline semiconductor substrate.
