Summary:PURPOSE: A solar cell having front and back surface fields and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce recombination loss of carriers by forming a floating junction layer within an emitter and a back surface field layer. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(205) is touched with an emitter. A back surface field layer(206) is included in a lower layer part on the substrate. A second floating junction layer(207) is formed on a part of an area where the back surface field layer is formed. A second anti-reflection layer(208) is formed on an upper layer of the back surface field layer and the second floating junction layer. A back electrode(209) is touched with the back surface field layer.
