A social money issuing unit(220) issues social money for providing goods and services between the user terminals in a social network. A work-exchange service unit(230) exchanges the goods or the services through an online social network platform between the user terminals. A goods and services registration unit(240) receives the registration of the good, the services, or manpower from the user terminals. An account management unit(250) performs the opening, the management, the operation of a work-exchange account.
