Summary: | PURPOSE: A vibration bed test system is provided to introduce dynamical ideas in low costs by mounting a linear motor and being comparatively manufactured in a small size. CONSTITUTION: A vibration bed test system comprises a vibration table(100), a user PC(200), and a control box(300). The vibration table is composed of a base plate(110) and a stage(120). A linear motor(140) is moved along a guide(130) installed in between the base plate and the stage so that a position of the stage is changed. The user PC transmits control signals based on the vibration displacement, a vibration speed, and a vibration acceleration to the control box. An application program(210) obtaining vibratory acceleration signals by using preset vibratory frequencies is loaded. The control box controls the linear motor by receiving the control signals from the user PC. The control box uses a location feedback of an encoder attached on the linear motor for controlling the linear motor. |
