Summary:PURPOSE: A nanoparticle having a glycolchitosan-bile acid composite containing a hydrophtic anticancer agent is provided to ensure excellent water solubility and to be used as an injector. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle is prepared by sealing a glycolchitosan-bile acid composite containing a hydrophotic anticancer agent. The molecular weight of glycolchitosan monomers is 10-20 kDa. The diameter of the particle is 100-200 nm. The hydrophobic anticancer agent is daunoamicin, docetaxel, paclitaxel, cisplatin, mitomycin-C or 5-fluorouracil. An injector contains the nanoparticles.
