Summary:PURPOSE: A malicious code detecting module in mobile platform environment is provided to detect malicious codes generated during execution by monitoring the state of a process and a memory in a mobile terminal and detecting the abnormality of an executing process. CONSTITUTION: A constraint policy unit(41) includes a constraint policy for detecting the malicious codes of a service requested by a user. A malicious code analyzing part(42) collects data from the service requested by the user. The malicious code analyzing part comparison-analyzes the malicious codes. A state monitoring part(43) monitors the state of a mobile terminal. The state monitoring part detects the change of monitoring state.
