PURPOSE: A spandex spinning emulsion composition containing polydimethyl siloxane and hydrocarbon is provided to improve dispersibility of magnesium stearate in an emulsion. CONSTITUTION: A spandex spinning emulsion composition contains polydimethyl siloxane and hydrocarbon as a main ingredient and contains alkyl phosphate as a dispersing agent. The phosphate is ammonoium phosphate or alkyl phosphate. The alkyl phosphate has an alkly group of 5-20 carbon atoms. An emulsion composition is prepared by adding 0.3-7 wt% of alkyl phosphate(alkyl group of C5-20) in the spandex spinning emulsion containing 0.1-5 wt% of magnesium stearate.
