Summary:PURPOSE: A thruster stator is provided to improve thrust of a ship by maximizing energy recovery efficiency of the slip stream of a propeller with multiple wing parts and a ring-shaped band for connecting the wing parts. CONSTITUTION: A thruster stator comprises a rudder horn joint part, multiple wing parts(400), and a ring-shaped band(410). The rudder horn joint part is detachably installed in a rudder horn. The wing parts are installed in the circumference of the rudder horn joint part at a constant interval. The ring-shaped band is installed to connect the end of the wing parts to improve the energy recovery efficiency of the slip stream of a propeller and to prevent the deformation of the wing parts.
