Summary: | PURPOSE: An oriented electrical steel sheet with low core loss and high magnetic flux density and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve agglomeration degree of a goss texture in a firstly recrystallized structure by controlling the quantity of Sn(Stannum) used as a main inhibitor in proper range. CONSTITUTION: An oriented electrical steel sheet with low core loss and high magnetic flux density manufacturing method is as follows. A slab is composed of Si 2.0 to 4.5wt.%, Al(Aluminum) 0.005 to 0.040wt.%, Mn(Manganese) lower than 0.20wt.%, N(Nitrogen) lower than 0.006wt.%, S(Sulfur) lower than 0.006wt.%, P(Phosphorus) 0.005 to 0.05wt.%, C(Carbon) 0.04 to 0.10wt.%, Sn 0.08 to 0.10wt.%, As(Arsenic) 0.005 to 1.0wt.%, residual Fe(Iron), and inevitable impurities. The slab is heated in 1200 to 1300°C and hot-rolled and the hot-rolled sheet is annealed and cold-rolled, and decarbonization and nitride annealing are applied, and secondary recrystallization and annealing are applied to the sheet. |
